Set the Return URL to  Your Website

  • Now click on “Step 3”
  • check “Take customers to this URL when they finish checkout”, and add the URL where customers are taken after a successful payment. This should be the page with the product download, or where you give instructions on what they are to do next.

Add the Button to Your Site

  • Copy the code you see, and paste it into the HTML view of your sales page.  The Paypal button will appear when you view your site.

  • After you create one button, you might want to copy this for future buttons.  After clicking “Merchant Services”, look for “My Saved Buttons” on the right column, where you’ll see a list of all your buttons.  From the drop down next to the buttons, select “Create Similar Button” to make a new one, and simple change the name, price, and purchase URL to make a new one.

  • In addition, you can add a Donation  button type, where people can add their own amount they’d like to pay you.
